The English summary
This page summarizes our terms of sale in plain English so you know exactly what you are buying. The legally binding version is the French one: read it here. If anything below contradicts it, the French text prevails.
Who you are buying from
Nadir Ben Salah, trading as Capmedia Digital, a French sole proprietorship (SIREN 814 051 769). Contact: contact@capmedia.app.
What you are buying
The free courses cost nothing and are not a sale. The App Developer Path (pack) is a one-time payment unlocking the paid courses of the path listed on the purchase page, including a personal review of one (1) app before store submission (written feedback, around 7 business days, best-efforts: it never guarantees Apple or Google approval). Standalone courses are one-time payments too. Every purchase is lifetime, personal access, updates included, one device at a time; sharing your access ends it without refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. No VAT is charged (French micro-enterprise regime, article 293 B CGI): the price shown is the price paid, your bank may add its own foreign-transaction fees. Payment goes through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); an instalment option may be offered at checkout. Launch pricing is temporary and can change at any time, never affecting past orders.
The 14-day guarantee
Within 14 days of purchase, email us and get a full refund, no forms, no questions, as long as less than one third of the modules of what you bought has been unlocked (for the pack: counted across all its paid courses together). Unlocks are timestamped. Using "Unlock everything" shows you an explicit warning and waives this guarantee for that course. Free courses are never refundable: they cost nothing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days, and access closes.
Withdrawal right (EU)
The content is delivered immediately after purchase: by accessing it you expressly request immediate performance and waive the EU 14-day withdrawal right on delivered digital content (article L.221-28 13, French Consumer Code). The commercial guarantee above is broader and remains yours.
Content, conduct, disputes
The course content is copyrighted: personal use only, no sharing, reselling or republishing. Third-party costs (Apple and Google developer accounts, cloud services) are yours. These terms are governed by French law, with French courts and the French consumer mediation scheme; as a non-EU buyer, factor that in before purchasing.
